Return Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the products(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Please note that only unopened products can be returned, and the shipping charge will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with returning an item.
All Equipment returns will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
How to Process a Return:
- Step 1: Call the Paname Coffee & Tea Orders Team at 224.292.8932 or send an email to orders@panamecoffee.com to request a Return Authorization number.
- Step 2: Box up your items and adhere the return label from your packing slip to your package (shipping rates apply).
- Step 3: Purchase shipping and deliver to your local Fedex, UPS, or USPS dropoff location - be sure to get shipping confirmation.
- Step 4: All refunds will be processed in approximately 10 days after we receive the returned goods.
